Areas of Clinical Interest
Clinically, I specialize in evaluating and caring for adults with complex mood and anxiety conditions. My practice centers on major depressive disorder, bipolar depression, and treatment-resistant mood disorders, alongside generalized anxiety, panic disorder, and OCD. I focus on developing personalized, evidence-informed treatment plans for individuals whose symptoms haven’t fully responded to standard care.
Research Interests
My research centers on finding practical, effective treatments for people living with treatment-resistant mood disorders, including both major depression and bipolar depression. My work ranges from clinical trials on fast-acting therapies like inhaled nitrous oxide to evaluating neuromodulation options like vagus nerve stimulation (VNS). Ultimately, I’m focused on testing treatments that can directly improve quality of life when standard options fall short.
