Book on the history of the department

In 2022, Dr. Eugene H. Rubin, professor of psychiatry, published “A History of the Department of Psychiatry at Washington University in St. Louis School of Medicine” on Digital Commons@Becker. This book reviews the history of the department from the early 1900s through 2021. It also discusses this story in the context of the general history of American psychiatry.
