Research Interests


My work currently focuses on developing data management and web services for biomedical repositories. I currently do this for the NINDS Human Cell and Data Repository (https://nindsgenetics.org) and the NIDA Center for Genetic Studies (https://nidagenetics.org). My previous research areas includes statistical genetics, genome-wide association studies (GWAS) of complex traits, bioinformatics and theoretical mathematics.
